Rudy Walldorf, CCIM
President of Herman Walldorf Commercial Real Estate, was the first Chattanooga Realtor® to be accredited as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the premier designation in commercial real estate.
A Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina, Rudy’s work encompasses all aspects of the firm’s operations. His clients include regional and national firms in retail, finance, office, and shopping center development and related activities.
He has served as President of the local Board of Realtors® as well as Regional Vice President. He has been named Realtor® of the Year.
He also served for 25 years on the Board of Chattanooga State Technical Community College. He now serves as Deacon at First Presbyterian Church. He is a Rotarian and Co Star named him one of two top producing retail leasing agents for 2018.

Kate Eischeid
Kate Eischeid joined the Herman Walldorf Commercial team after working in the downtown Chattanooga area handling the property management, marketing, and leasing for large, mixed-use, retail and multi-family developments for five years.
Kate joined Walldorf in the Fall of 2016 to head on marketing and client communications and has been an active affiliate broker with Walldorf since the Spring of 2017.
Kate graduated from the University of Tennessee earning a BA in Psychology. She has served term as President of the Chattanooga Girls’ Cotillion Club and volunteers her time as marketing director for her church’s Thrift Shop. She has served on the board as boutique and auction coordinator for HullaBOWLoo, which is one of the largest fundraisers for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Kate lives on Signal Mountain with her husband, Thomas, and dog, Scout.

Jason Lehn, CCIM
Jason A Lehn, CCIM, provides sales, leasing, and consulting services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers in retail, office, industrial and investment sectors in the Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia markets.
He is former President of the Chattanooga District of the East Tennessee CCIM Chapter and is active in the Commercial Realtors® Council of Greater Chattanooga Realtors®. Detail oriented and meticulous in accomplishing tasks while maintaining focus on the overarching plan, he will smoothly and efficiently see a deal through to closing.
With a degree in Philosophy from Furman University and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, Jason is committed to interacting with clients and customers with respect and integrity, and to economic growth and renewal of the community.

Ben Pitts
Benjamin Pitts has a diverse background as a lawyer, accountant, and business consultant that greatly benefits his commercial real estate clients.
He has been active in the community, serving with various civic and professional organizations. He currently serves as President of the Commercial Realtors® Council of the Greater Chattanooga Realtors® and on the Board of Directors for Bible in the Schools, and is active in Rotary International.
He is a former board member of the historic preservation organization, Cornerstones, Inc., and the policy research organization, The Ochs Center. He served on the Advisory Board and Vetting Committee for Innovate Here, a venture capital and private economic development initiative.
